At Dirty Mids, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
